Booking & Cancellation

Q: Do I need to provide a credit card to book?

A: Yes. All appointments require a credit card to reserve your time. When booking online, a 25% deposit is taken and applied to your visit. If a card declines, we’ll place a balance on your spa account that must be paid before future bookings.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel spa packages or multiple services. For other appointments, cancellations less than 24 hours before your time, or no-shows, may result in charges.

Arrival & Check-In

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment?

A: Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you’re ready on time. Late arrivals may have services shortened so we can stay on schedule, but full service charges still apply.
Q: What about personal belongings?

A: Please leave valuables at home — we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Gratuity & Payments

Q: Is gratuity included?

A: Gratuity is not included in service prices. Customary tipping is generally 18–22%, though it’s always at your discretion. Cash, check, or card are all accepted. Parties of 4 or more have a 20% gratuity automatically added.
Q: How can I pay?

A: The deposit collected online is credited toward your total. For the balance, you may use your card on file or pay another way at checkout.

Gift Cards

Q: Can I purchase gift cards?

A: Yes! Gift cards can be bought in-spa, by phone, or online. They are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Q: Do gift cards expire?

A: They are valid for 1 calendar year. After one year, an inactivity fee of $25 per year may apply (per Alabama law), and they expire after 5 years regardless of remaining balance.

Children & Safety

Q: Can I bring children with me?

A: We ask that you plan childcare during your appointment. To maintain a peaceful environment and for safety (equipment and products used), children should not accompany you to the spa.

Phone & Spa Etiquette

Q: May I use my phone at the spa?

A: Please silence your phone and use it discreetly outside therapy areas so other guests aren’t disturbed. Headphones may be used in the lobby.
Q: Is there other etiquette to know?

A: We promote a calm, respectful environment — please speak softly, be considerate of others, and enjoy the tranquility.

Service Changes & Prices

Q: Can prices change?

A: Yes — prices and services are subject to change without notice. We encourage you to confirm pricing when booking. Gift cards purchased before a price increase will still honor the original value.

Group Bookings & Spa Parties

Q: I want to book a spa party — how does that work?

A: For parties of 4 or more, please email auburn@180spa.com for availability, group pricing, and details. A contract and deposit are required, and a 20% gratuity will be added.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns on spa products?

A: If a product is defective or you’re unhappy with it, we’ll gladly exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
