The name One Eighty reflects that vision. Just as 180 degrees marks a complete turn, our spa was created to help clients take control of their well-being, renew their confidence, and step boldly into a better version of themselves.

Rooted in Auburn, Alabama, we wanted to create more than a spa—we wanted a sanctuary. A space where high-quality treatments meet heartfelt care, and where every visit feels like an escape from the everyday.
